• Wed, Oct 22: Arrival of members at Calgary International Airport, Welcome reception for the oil sands group, overnight stay in Calgary

• Thurs, Oct 23: Oil Sands Tour (Registration is closed)

  OR Arrival in Calgary -> Transfer to Fairmont Banff Springs

MAIN PROGRAM

• Friday, Oct 24 at 7:45am-9:00am local time: Footsteps through the Rockies: Nature, Wellness, and Reflection - Hiking program (Separate Payment Required; Click here to sign up for the hike)

• Friday, Oct 24 at 9:25am - 12:30pm: David Rockefeller Fellowship Program in the Ivor Petrak Room at Fairmont Banff Springs. NB: Shuttle Transfer to Banff Centre for Creativity at 12:30pm (Meet at the hotel lobby)

• Friday, Oct 24 at 1:00pm-5:00pm: Lunch & Main plenary sessions at Banff Centre for Creativity.(All plenary sessions on Friday will take place at the Banff Centre, not the hotel). We will return to the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel for reception/dinner in the Cascade Ballroom.

• Saturday, Oct 25: Morning plenary sessions at the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel until lunch; Gondola ride/Reception & sessions featuring a view of Sulphur mountains in the afternoon (2-5pm), Main dinner in the Mt Stephen Hallway at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel

• Sunday, Oct 26: Half-day morning plenary program at the hotel until lunch
